Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinators main focus is managing on-going experiential marketing projects and office duties. Candidate prides themselves on their ability to take direction and act on the direction to support team in their efforts to win new business and deliver that business.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of tasks that are requested by team
  • Strategic thinking about clients, projects and resources
  • Creating client facing materials including status memos, budgets, billing, and presentations
  • Support staff potentially on event site
  • Brainstorming/ideating concepts
  • Research and outreach, including cold calling when needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience:

  • 2 years Event experience
  • 2 years of client/brand management experience preferred
  • Promotional experience in the field a plus

Skills:

  • Ability to drive client and project needs with direction
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interest in industry landscape and relevant cultural trends
  • Cool under pressure and able to juggle multiple assignments
  • Organized
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable taking a “hands-on” approach to event management

Schedule:

  • Traditional business hours, with some evening and weekends based upon event delivery
  • Hybrid position, in office three days a week
  • Ability to travel for projects
  • Twin Cities based
